Microsoft Office Tips. Before Copying a document, probably you want remove all of your editing result and comment in your document. In order to makes that just like simple job, doing several steps below.

1. Click Office
2. Click Prepare and Chose Inspect Document
3. Then it will shows the dialog box of Document Inspector
4. Sign Comment and annotations
5. Notes the checking result
6. Click Remove All then for Comment, Revisions, Versions and Annotations.
7. Click Close
8. Save your Document
