Office 2007 will allow the user to changes several menus to make easy and quickly doing their job through Office. For example, in order to create file menu, edit and another job. The user can follow these several steps below to create shortcut for accessing menu.

Chose word 2007 then right click in everywhere in toolbars area and chose option in “Customize the Quick Access Toolbar” or chose the icon Office>Word Options

Next it will show the customize windows and from here, the user allow to customize toolbar, Add-ons, Access, the trust center and view options. Then looks for the customize option. It is enable the user to add icon ‘new” and icon “open”. In order to changes another application, doing with similar step too.
